BUILT FOR THE RAM HEMI EXHAUST MANIFOLD PROBLEM
These shorty headers are designed as a direct replacement for the factory cast exhaust manifolds on 2009-2018 Ram 1500 trucks and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic models equipped with the 5.7L Hemi V8.
Factory cast manifolds can crack, warp, develop leaks, or contribute to broken mounting bolts after repeated heat cycles. This application-specific header set provides a complete replacement option while retaining the compact layout and original exhaust connection locations.
SATIN SILVER CERAMIC FINISH
The carbon-steel headers are finished with a metallic silver-gray ceramic coating. The finish has a smooth satin appearance with a restrained sheen, making it less reflective than polished stainless steel while remaining visually distinct from black-coated headers.
Slight variations in shade or surface texture may occur as a normal result of the ceramic-coating process.
UPGRADED CERTIFIED FITMENT SERIES GASKETS
This set includes Certified Fitment Series graphite header gaskets measuring 3.2 mm thick.
The thicker, compressible graphite material is designed to conform to minor irregularities across properly cleaned and prepared exhaust sealing surfaces. This creates a more forgiving sealing interface than the thin perforated-steel composite gaskets included with the basic header version.
DIRECT BOLT-ON INSTALLATION
The application-specific design bolts to the factory cylinder-head mounting locations and connects at the original catalytic-converter positions. No cutting, welding, drilling, or custom fabrication is required for the intended application.
The shorty design maintains the factory exhaust routing and catalytic-converter locations while fitting both 2WD and 4WD versions of the DS-platform truck.

Also compatible with 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic models using the previous-generation DS body and 5.7L Hemi V8.
Fits both 2WD and 4WD configurations.
Not compatible with 2019-and-newer Ram 1500 new-body models built on the DT platform.

This product is designed to retain the factory catalytic-converter locations. The buyer and installer are responsible for verifying applicable federal, state, and local emissions requirements.
